The PII collected from our website is used by PRF’s Membership, Claims and Risk Management departments to respond to inquiries, make membership and premium decisions, identify membership and claim trends and to identify and manage potential claims. This information may be shared with PRF’s Business Associates, which include, but are not limited to, our Attorneys, Auditors, Actuaries, Financial Managers, Reinsurers and Risk Management Education providers. PRF may also disclose information we collect when we believe disclosure is required by law; to facilitate the financing, securitization, insuring, sale, assignment, bankruptcy or disposal of all or part of our business or assets; or to protect the rights, property or safety of our company, our visitors or others.
Security of Information
Although PRF has implemented security measures to protect against unauthorized access and illegal use or disclosure of PII collected through our website, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute protection and security of your PII.
