The PII collected from our website is used by PRF’s Membership, Claims and Risk Management departments to respond to inquiries, make membership and premium decisions, identify membership and claim trends and to identify and manage potential claims. This information may be shared with PRF’s Business Associates, which include, but are not limited to, our Attorneys, Auditors, Actuaries, Financial Managers, Reinsurers and Risk Management Education providers. PRF may also disclose information we collect when we believe disclosure is required by law; to facilitate the financing, securitization, insuring, sale, assignment, bankruptcy or disposal of all or part of our business or assets; or to protect the rights, property or safety of our company, our visitors or others.

 

Security of Information

Although PRF has implemented security measures to protect against unauthorized access and illegal use or disclosure of PII collected through our website, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute protection and security of your PII. We suggest you avoid providing sensitive information via our website if its disclosure could cause you substantial or irreparable harm.

Our Members Portal is password protected and requires authorization for access. Unauthorized use is prohibited. It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential and secure. PRF cannot be responsible for acts resulting from the unauthorized use of your password. Requesting Corrections to Your PII

To request that PII submitted on our website be corrected, please contact the PRF office at (415) 332-3041 or by email. For corrections to membership applications, Request a Quote and Request Copy of Current Declaration information, email Soad Kader at soad@prfrrg.com. For corrections to Management Reports, email Shannon Gates at Shannon@prfrrg.com.

By using this site, you agree that any and all disputes arising from or relating to the content of, or your use of, our website are to be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of California.
